You know, as much as we would love to tell you that your MIDMARK M9 or M11 Ultraclave autoclave is the most “maintenance-free” or practically trouble-free pieces of equipment in your entire back office, we just can’t do that because . . .
That would be lying!
After all, autoclaves are some of the most high-maintenance pieces of equipment in your entire office. What with all that heat, water and steam going on (under pressure)!
The fact of the matter is, your MIDMARK automatic sterilizer is a rather sophisticated, complicated bit of technology that harnesses the power of that pressurized “live” steam and high heat in a hermetically-sealed, self-contained and controlled environment, combining it with the power and capability of computerized, digital electronics. So, with all of that sophistication and complication under pressure and intense heat, there is bound to be a recurring need for some routine maintenance and a little TLC from time to time.
More than you would think.
Of course, we already help you in that regard with our “worry-free” program of regularly scheduled, routine preventive maintenance (“PM service”) for steam sterilizers. But that’s only once a year. What about in between?
After all, twelve months is a long time.
Isn’t there something that YOU could be doing in the meantime to stay on top of things and help to keep your not exactly cheap, state-of-the-art, automatic sterilizer in tip-top shape? Say, on a monthly basis?
