Services

Here is our #1 Promise that we make and deliver on each and every day:

“We Will Take Your Dirty, Broken-Down, Misbehaving Autoclave-Sterilizer,… and Transform It into a ‘Lean, Clean, Microbe-Killing Machine’!”

There’s no doubt about it. If you were to ask us what we work on the most, our answer would be . . . autoclaves . . . steam sterilizers.

Why is that?

Two reasons.

One: if there is one piece of equipment found in almost every doctor’s, dentist’s and veterinarian’s office and test lab facility, it’s an autoclave.

Two: because, in our experience, . . . that is what seems to break down the most!

In fact, your steam sterilizer probably requires more scheduled maintenance and periodic (unscheduled!) repairs than all the other clinical equipment in your back office.

No exaggeration.

The good thing about this is, no matter what brand of autoclave you have, we probably we work on it.

In fact, we see all of the major, well-known brands like PELTON & CRANE, MIDMARK/RITTER, TUTTNAUER, SCICAN, MDT/HARVEY and MARKET FORGE. So, chances are, we can help you with yours.

That’s because chances are, within those “families” of brand names, your unit is probably one of these:

MIDMARK M9 and M11 Ultraclaves . . . PELTON & CRANE Delta, Delta XL (8 and 10), Validator/Validator Plus (8 and 10) . . .  TUTTNAUER 1730 through 3870, EZ9, EZ10 . . .

Believe it or not, . . . if you happen to own one of those legendary old PELTON & CRANE workhorses — the OCM and OCR Omniclaves., you’re in luck — we may still be able to service it (sort of, although there is not as much support for them anymore, i.e., parts, manuals and live phone support, compared to years past).

Also, if your sterilizer happens to be one of the bigger models like the TUTTNAUER 3870 or MARKET FORGE STML — or even the nowextinct PELTON & CRANE MC “Magnaclave” — no problem. We work on those.

How About Used?

Maybe you’re looking to buy a used (pre-owned) autoclave. We do have those for sale from time to time.  So, give us a call and we’ll let you know what is available and how much it will cost.

Just remember, when buying a used autoclave . . . like buying a used car . . . it usually DOES make more economic sense than buying a brand new one. But, . . .

Be CAREFUL who you buy it from — especially if from an online reseller. You might get stuck with a lemon. And an expensive one at that. “Buyer beware!”

So, yes, autoclaves are our specialty. But–

What Else Do We Fix?

For one thing, . . .

Power Tables

If you’ve got a power table (or power chair) that isn’t working properly, you’ll be happy to know that we repair both hydraulic and electric-motor-driven models.

After all, . . . what goes up . . . sometimes doesn’t come down!

So, when the need arises and you do need service . . . or you just want to have your power table or chair looked at (preventive maintenance), then give us a call. And when you do, be sure you’re ready to give us the table’s make, model and (if you can locate it) the serial number — as well as a brief description of the problem, if there is one. That will help immensely! And we’ll see if we can fix it for you.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY TESTING

This is our other specialty that many of our clients need and ask us for: annual or semi-annual electrical safety testing of their equipment to meet certain regulatory or industry requirements.

So, if you’re one of those facilities, rest assured . . . we do that!

Give us a call and we can talk about what specific items you have that require safety testing.

And More . . .

Of course, besides these “bread and butter” items that our customers usually call us for, we also get calls for other types of equipment — everything from centrifuges to vital signs monitors to compounding pharmacy ovens . . .  Yes, it can be quite a “mixed bag”.

In fact, in some ways, the medical equipment service business can be like that proverbial “box of chocolates” . . . You never know what you’re going to get!

With us, however, you know exactly what you’re going to get — friendly, honest, professional service.

So, how can we help you? Give us a call: (480) 497-4392.
