Hello!
I wanted to take this opportunity to reach out to our customers and social media friends during this unprecedented time and unique season that we find ourselves in.
Like you, we are watching the situation very closely. And like you, we’re ready to do whatever we can and whatever it takes to get this unexpected threat to our health and the health of our loved ones not just under control, but OVER and DONE WITH so we can back to our normal lives and once again enjoy the comfort and routine of “business as usual”!
We’ll get there. I have no doubt about that. I have complete confidence that our healthcare system — despite whatever flaws or deficiencies you may perceive in it — will rise to the occasion, as it is doing, and marshal its forces, focus its efforts like a laser and “rally the troops” around this common, united effort to defeat an enemy that has disrupted and disturbed our peace long enough.
With that in mind, let me assure you that ZERIMAR is right here with you, where we’ve always been, standing shoulder to shoulder in the thick of it, doing what we have always done when times are “normal” — supporting our healthcare partners and the invaluable service they provide to the community.
Can I borrow a well-worn phrase that nevertheless seems appropriate?… “We’re here for you!” We really are.
ZERIMAR will keep on doing what our medical, dental, veterinary, laboratory and education partners rely on us to do — maintain some of their “mission-critical” equipment that allows their practice or department to provide the vital services that they do.
You know, it’s funny — but we just happen to be in the business of killing microbes and pathogens! Sterility assurance is a big part of what we do. Coronaviruses don’t scare us. We’re used to engaging in “germ warfare”. And we will gladly do our part in this battle to beat COVID-19. We’re in it to win it.
We’re nobody special. But we do have some very special customers that we care about and want to continue serving for as long as they need us — as long as YOU need us. No virus is going to change that.
Things will be a little unsettling for a time. You can be sure of that. But, don’t lose heart. There is a lot to look forward to after all this is over.
Well, it was our intention to keep this business communication — touching on a very critical and timely subject — short yet personal and “real”. So I hope we accomplished that.
